Specify Year, Make, Model, And Type (Monster, Puller, Pro-truck). List all desired options.

Payment: All orders require $1000.00 deposit either by Credit Card, cashier’s check, money order, or bank wire transfer. (50% deposit required on orders less than $1000.00.)

Production: Your order is scheduled when your deposit is received. Manufacturing time varies according to sales volume. Orders must be paid in full before shipping. (Payment in full is the most timely way to order.)

Shipping: Items are shipped freight collect from Wentzville, MO (you pay freight charges to the trucking company upon receipt of the merchandise). Most orders are shipped via “ABF” truck lines.* Call us for rates to your zip code. Freight quotes are good for 30 days and subject to change by the freight company. Small items can be shipped COD. via UPS or certain other carriers.

Packaging: A crating charge will be added to all shipped orders. Please call for pricing.

Customer Pick-Up & Storage: Missouri sales tax of 7.9% applies to all orders picked up at our plant. All orders must be picked up within 3 months of invoice date. GTS reserves the right to resell any product after the 3rd month has expired. We will gladly refund to the customer upon request or remake the order depending on our manufacturing time, which varies according to our sales volume at the time of reorder.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by GTS and must be returned freight prepaid within 30 days from date of invoice in original condition with no alterations. Do not send returns COD as we will not accept them. A copy of your invoice must be included with the returned part. No returns on “Custom Work.”

Foreign Shipments: Please Call for more Detailed Information. GTS products cannot be sent COD. to any APO, FPO or Post Office Box, or to any area outside the United States. All such orders must have payment in advance and must be in U.S. currency only. Foreign shipments always require special export forms and handling. A clerical fee of $5.00 to $20.00 will be charged, depending on the size of the order.

Usability: Products are not intended for “Street Use”. The customer shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use before purchasing, and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection therewith. GTS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, accidents or injury directly or indirectly arising from any defect in, or use of, our products.
